LocatePC is a small program that will help you track down your computer if it's stolen. The program acts like a small spy designed to betray the thief by using email.
The application launches every time you start Windows. It will send you an email with the IP address that the computer is using to connect to the Internet.

You can configure LocatePC to send you an email every day, every two days, every three... regardless of the frequency, you know that when your IP address changes, the program will let you know.
Although it's not an 100% guaranteed method of locating your computer, it could be very helpful if your computer is stolen, since it will at least narrow down the area where it could be.
